OGRD Middle East fabricates all project modules in partnership with local and international fabricators, minimizing hours spent by field personnel on site. Our fabricators are well known for their quality work and high productivity. One key to our success is the accuracy and control of our shop drawings. Our experienced construction managers review drawings for constructability before they are released to the shop floor virtually eliminating Request for Information (RFI) that typically occur among separate engineering, fabrication and construction companies.

Our shops, fabricate pipe spools, pipe rack modules, structural steel and various process packages (Compressors, Amine Units, Refrigeration Units). Our facilities adhere to registered weld procedures including FCAW, SAW, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW processes for carbon/stainless piping and structural steel. Quality control for all work is managed by our experienced quality management team.
